Customize work duration and break intervals in the settings. Default is 25 minutes work, 5 minutes short break.
2. Start Working
Click Start to begin your focus session. The timer will count down and notify you when it's time for a break.
3. Take Breaks
After each work session, take a short break. A longer break follows after completing multiple sessions.
About the Pomodoro Technique
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method that uses a timer to break work into focused intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks. After a set number of work sessions, take a longer break to recharge.
